Managing and guiding multidisciplinary projects

 

Do you have a strong talent for leading multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in water treatment? And do you enjoy variety in your work? Then, why not become a project leader at Iv? In this position, you will be involved in tenders, engineering activities and the implementation supervision of projects for water boards, drinking water companies and industrial clients. You will lead a project team consisting of structural engineers and draughtsmen and will be responsible for the quality, planning, budget, customer relations and technical aspects of the projects. Preparing budgets and making offers will also form part of your work. In addition, you are the contact person for our clients and a partner with which the various water boards or other clients can discuss any technical needs.

What do we expect from you?

To provide our clients with excellent service, we are looking for someone with a customer-oriented attitude. You must have a higher vocational/university level (HBO/WO) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or comparable, with around five years of experience, two of which are in a project leader role. You have experience in designing and leading multidisciplinary projects and good communication and leadership skills. You have an extensive network and can easily convey in writing or orally explain the process-based solutions and vision of how to approach a project.
