Shaping various themes within civil engineering
During your internship at Iv, you’ll contribute to smart, technical solutions for roads, bridges, tunnels, railways – and everything in between.
You'll be part of a project team, working alongside experienced colleagues on designs that are both technically sound and practically feasible. Think of projects such as redesigning an intersection or station area, designing an underpass, or replacing bridge decks and foundations. Depending on your interests, you may work on detailed drawings, technical designs, plans or calculations.
At Iv, you’ll contribute to high-profile projects like the Schiphol Bridge over the A9, Vught Verdiept, reassessments of bridges and viaducts for Rijkswaterstaat, or the New Locks in Terneuzen. Working in multidisciplinary teams, you’ll see how engineering and real-world challenges come together in complex projects. Whether you’re conducting graduation research or taking part in a project internship, you’ll have the space to learn, contribute ideas, and work independently.
