The connector in diverse projects

In your role as Work Planner at Iv, it will be your task to take care of all project activities as the project leader's right-hand person. For example, one day, you may work on the redevelopment of station areas and the next on the development of new-build locations or large-scale maintenance projects combining maintenance of roads, sewage systems, civil engineering works and other objects. We carry out assignments for provincial and local authorities, contractors and developers. This function is all about connecting, knowledge and especially collaboration, as you will be your colleagues' first point of contact. You will take care of activities such as preparing design drawings, RAW specifications or UAV-GC contracts, permit applications and coordination with our internal specialists and external parties.

Iv provides tailor-made and innovative designs and advice for constructing and maintaining sustainable infrastructure. You may already be familiar with our involvement in the new IJmuiden sea lock, the Zandhazen Bridge or the design of the Panama Canal lock gates. By developing and applying the latest technologies, we offer ready-made and sustainable solutions for not only today's societal challenges but also those of tomorrow! We provide integral advice for steel and concrete civil engineering works, hydraulic engineering, spatial planning, upkeep, traffic and infrastructure installations and railways. We also offer specialist services in spatial measurement and monitoring structures, RAMS and risk management, asset management, systems engineering, contract management, project management, and supervision.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for someone with a higher vocational (HBO) degree in Civil Engineering or similar and experience with working in project teams. You must have a critical attitude and good communication skills. Furthermore, you are solution-orientated and have a positive outlook. For this position, familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, producing cost estimates and knowledge of RAW and UAV-GC systematic is considered an advantage.
