As an infrastructure installations consultant, you will specify, advise and design traffic control installations and dynamic traffic management systems such as DRIP, observation cameras, signalling and dynamic signposting. You will advise on traffic engineering systems on and along (navigable) roads. Iv is a much sought-after partner for multidisciplinary and complex traffic engineering issues. That makes every project challenging. Together with traffic expert consultants, you apply your expertise during integrated projects.You closely follow developments concerning smart mobility and iVRIs, with a focus on technical components and (communication) connections. You work partly behind your desk, but also conduct research on location. Among other things, you make (cable) calculations, drawings and diagrams. You will also draw up advisory reports for road authorities and contractors in the civil engineering sector. In addition, you supervise the execution of a project on site on behalf of the client. This includes reviewing contractors' design documents, supervising and supervising FAT and SAT.

We provide integral advice for steel and concrete civil engineering works, hydraulic engineering, spatial planning, upkeep, traffic and infrastructure installations and railways. We also offer specialist services in spatial measurement and monitoring structures, RAMS and risk management, asset management, systems engineering, contract management, project management, and supervision.
You have completed a relevant college education with electrical engineering content, supplemented by at least 3 years' experience in the field. As a result, you have knowledge of infrastructure installations, traffic control technology and DVM systems on roads and waterways, or you are willing to acquire this knowledge. You closely follow developments in smart mobility and iVRIs and translate them into recommendations for both clients and Iv-Infra. Naturally, you have strong analytical skills, the power of persuasion and excellent communication and language skills.
