As an asset management consultant, you are the pivot of this mix of expertise and advise managers of often large-scale and/or complex physical assets on optimal management and maintenance. You will participate fully in the digitalization and sustainability of asset management, in which we work on predictable maintenance using ‘smart’ sensors, innovative test loads, 3D scans, (big) data analysis and artificial intelligence. From Iv, we advise a broad spectrum of clients on asset management. We do this mainly in the infrastructure, maritime, process industry, offshore and (wind) energy sectors. In the coming years, we want to expand our services and are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues who enjoy being challenged every day to provide clients with optimal advice on asset management.
Iv provides tailor-made and innovative designs and advice for constructing and maintaining sustainable infrastructure. You may already be familiar with our involvement in the new IJMuiden sea lock, the Zandhazen Bridge or the design of the Panama Canal lock gates. By developing and applying the latest technologies, we offer ready-made and sustainable solutions for not only today's societal challenges but also those of tomorrow! We provide integral advice for steel and concrete civil engineering works, hydraulic engineering, spatial planning, upkeep, traffic and infrastructure installations and railways. We also offer specialist services in spatial measurement and monitoring structures, RAMS and risk management, asset management, systems engineering, contract management, project management, and supervision.
As an asset management consultant, you advise managers on the optimal maintenance of their assets. This mainly at tactical and strategic level. Our added value is the integration of our (technical) domain knowledge with the knowledge of inspection, measurement & monitoring, data analysis and RAMS analysis. We therefore expect you to have completed a (preferably technical) HBO or WO education and have knowledge of risk analysis techniques such as FME(C)A and fault tree analysis in the application of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). Knowledge of ISO55000 is a plus. It is important that you can oversee the whole, combine information and switch quickly to provide the best solution for the customer. In addition, you have good communication skills and it is important that you feel responsible for the end result. In addition, you like to think and work on the further development of our company.
