Work on challenging projects

Would you like to lead the most challenging and complex industrial projects in electrical and instrumentation? As Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for managing design teams in the field of electrical installations. You will also lead and motivate various project teams to achieve the highest possible results. You will be closely involved in implementing the projects to which you will also contribute by applying your knowledge and experience in electrical engineering. You will ensure projects remain within the desired budget and schedule and contribute to making our society more sustainable, actively participate in the design team, and enjoy much contact with clients to realise the projects to the client's satisfaction. In addition, you will play a crucial role in the quotation phase, in which you will develop project proposals in consultation with your colleagues, project partners, and clients to ensure we can distinguish our position in the market.

Safety, sustainability and improving efficiency are crucial factors in the industry sector and require innovative solutions and a multidisciplinary approach. And this is where Iv-Industrie comes in! Iv provides integral advice for the new construction and upgrade of factories, installations, utilities, buildings and structures. We also help clients develop new biobased processes and applications in a pragmatic and multidisciplinary way to achieve a functional process installation. Examples of unique projects in which Iv-Industrie has participated are the new Emmi milk factory and the engineering of process installations for specialty chemicals.

What do we expect from you?

Ideally, you have a higher vocational (HBO) diploma in Electrical Engineering and/or Instrumentation with at least eight years of relevant experience. Excellent command of the Dutch and/or English languages are crucial for this position. In addition, you must have a solution-oriented attitude, exercise honesty and accuracy in your work, and have a great sense of responsibility.
