Can you give advice about the energy performance of a building? From energy labelling to tailored, user-dependent advice? Then you've come to the right place! As part of the energy transition, we are often asked to advise on this. As an EP Consultant at Iv-Bouw, you will work independently, but you will also have colleagues around you with whom you can share knowledge. Apply now to become part of our friendly team. As an EP Consultant, your tasks will include carrying out on-site surveys to map the energy performance of a building and determining user behaviour through interviews as part of developing customised advice. You must have spatial skills and be able to accurately record and measure buildings structurally and in terms of installations according to the latest NTA8800 methodology. You will elaborate the data independently, process the results in the calculation tool, produce complete technical and financial reports on all the required results from the analyses, and prepare calculations within our house-style agreements.

We are at the forefront of 3D design and BIM, enabling us to coordinate building-related installations seamlessly with other disciplines. This means contractors can begin their work immediately after the design phase! Iv-Bouw has worked on the major transformation of the Baumann Church in Rotterdam and Lidl's new self-sufficient distribution centre in Almere!
You are client-oriented, enterprising, accurate, and goal-oriented, and you demonstrate a great sense of responsibility. You can approach people easily and enjoy engaging in conversations using your expert knowledge about energy advice. You also enjoy working independently and are familiar with recording protocols, using recording forms, schematising the building functions, defining the calculation zones, and compiling complete files with the required mandatory evidence. In addition, you also have extensive experience working with advisory calculation tools such as Uniec3 and Vabi.
You have a higher vocational diploma (HBO) in Installation Engineering, the EP-U diploma in Detailed Methodology and the EP MWA diploma. You should also have a basic knowledge of structural physics. An affinity with the energy transition is a must. You work in a clear and structured manner and have strong analytical skills. You must also have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
