You design the most complex water treatment plants
Do you want to lead the design of the most challenging technical installations and for prestigious projects? As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for leading design teams in the fields of electrical, instrumentation and industrial automation. You lead various project teams and motivate them to achieve the highest possible results. You are closely involved in the execution of the projects to which you also contribute yourself. You do this by applying your knowledge and experience in the field of E/I/A. You ensure that projects stay within budget and planning and you contribute to making our society more sustainable. You actively participate in the design team and have a lot of contact with clients to realize the projects to the satisfaction of the client. In addition, you play an important role in the proposal phase. In this phase, in consultation with colleagues, project partners and clients, you work out project proposals with which we can distinguish ourselves in the market. The projects usually revolve around optimization or new construction of wastewater and drinking water treatment plants, pumping stations and pumping stations.
When it comes to water, we have a dichotomy: on the one hand, we need water for drinking, industry, agriculture, transportation and recreational purposes. On the other hand, water is a threat from floods and rising sea levels. Because water quality, transport, safety and management often go hand in hand, solutions must be sought across that entire bandwidth. Iv provides integral and innovative advice on issues of any size and complexity in the field of water installations and hydraulic engineering. Sustainability is a top priority. You are a graduate in electrical engineering and/or industrial automation at college level and you have at least 8 years of relevant work experience and experience in a leading position. For this position it is important that you have an excellent command of the Dutch language and that you have experience in the field of water treatment and/or transport. In addition, you are solution-oriented, with integrity, responsible and like diversity in your work.
