As Lead Engineer Electrical you are responsible for providing technical support to projects and designing instrumentation solutions that meet the highest quality standards and safety requirements. You will report directly to the department manager or project manager and ensure that all key documents are of high quality. In addition, you ensure thorough preparation and evaluation of requests for proposals.
You are always looking for opportunities to continue learning and challenging yourself, and you value continued growth. With your strong technical expertise, you are able to inspire and motivate the team to deliver projects on time and within budget, without compromising on quality and safety.
We are looking for a bachelor or master in electrical engineering or similar field with at least four years of relevant experience. Experience with sustainable energy projects in industry is an advantage. In addition, you are solution-oriented, with integrity, accurate and have a great sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you have good communication skills both orally and in writing.
