As a Feasibility Study Manager for Area Renewal, you will play a crucial role in preparing and implementing our plan and route studies. Together, we will shape this position, which will, in any case, include the following tasks and responsibilities:

·       Coordinating and guiding feasibility and route studies for infrastructure projects.

·       Establishing and monitoring project schedules, budgets and quality requirements.

·       Ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as public authorities, engineering companies and contractors.

·       Identifying risks and opportunities within projects and proactively managing control measures.

·       Overseeing permitting processes and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

·       Reporting on project progress to the Executive Board and other relevant parties.

·       Providing support in tender processes.

 

Iv provides tailor-made and innovative designs and advice for constructing and maintaining sustainable infrastructure. You may already be familiar with our involvement in the new IJMuiden sea lock, the Zandhazen Bridge or the design of the Panama Canal lock gates. By developing and applying the latest technologies, we offer ready-made and sustainable solutions for not only today's societal challenges but also those of tomorrow! We provide integral advice for steel and concrete civil engineering works, hydraulic engineering, spatial planning, upkeep, traffic and infrastructure installations and railways. We also offer specialist services in spatial measurement and monitoring structures, RAMS and risk management, asset management, systems engineering, contract management, project management, and supervision.

What do we expect from you?

You have a higher vocational or university degree (HBO/WO) in Civil Engineering, Planning or a similar field and have an affinity with infrastructure and our living environment. You have at least five years of work experience in a similar infrastructure or area development position. You have excellent project management skills and experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams. Furthermore, you have a working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations and experience in permitting procedures. You are a strong communicator with the ability to liaise effectively between different stakeholders. You are results-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
