Within Iv, we are always on the lookout for new talent, for people who want to help realise our ambitions together. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, it is your job to find this global engineering talent and attract them to Iv. You are the face of the organisation to them and the voice of the labour market to your colleagues. You will shape our recruitment policy, monitor the tone of voice and be the point of contact for recruitment agencies.
You will be part of a team with three other colleagues, with short lines of communication. The department is constantly evolving, and you will contribute to its further expansion through various projects. You will work with current recruitment marketing techniques such as online marketing, referral recruitment and events to attract the best talent. It is your job to inspire the organisation to promote our employer branding and turn colleagues into ambassadors of Iv.
You have a higher vocational education (HBO), supplemented with at least two years of work experience, preferably as a corporate recruiter. Your team spirit and enthusiasm will bring new energy to our team. You are someone who thinks in possibilities, identifies solutions, is entrepreneurial and knows how to get things done. Needless to say, you have strong organisational and communication skills. In return, we will invest in your professional and personal development. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a requirement for this position.
