Take the lead in HR matters

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who knows how to effectively support both the organisation and its employees? At Iv, you’ll have the opportunity to independently implement and improve HR policies. You’ll ensure that both managers and employees can always rely on your expert advice in all HR-related areas.

A strong HR foundation is essential to the success of our organisation. As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for department heads and divisional directors on all aspects of HR policy. You’ll advise and support the implementation and execution of HR strategies, employment law matters, and personnel processes. Thanks to your expertise, HR policy will align seamlessly with the needs of both the organisation and its people.

Handling complex cases and legal matters is a key part of your role. You’ll generate and analyse management information to further strengthen HR policy. Additionally, you’ll contribute actively to the HR annual plan and play a leading role in HR-related projects – ensuring structure, clarity, and progress.

In addition to advising managers, you’ll also be a contact point for employees and junior HR colleagues. You’ll support the onboarding of new team members and help improve work processes and HR tools. By picking up on signals from within the organisation, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR quality.

The HR team consists of around 15 colleagues, including recruiters, HR officers, and HR advisors. The team has grown significantly in recent years and is now focused on further developing and professionalising HR processes. The atmosphere is professional yet informal – successes are celebrated together and colleagues are always there to support one another. As HR Advisor, you’ll report to the HR Team Lead.
