You combine technical expertise with natural leadership. As a Team Lead Civil & Structural Engineering at Iv, you will use your knowledge to deliver smart, practical designs for the industrial sector, while actively supporting the growth and development of your team.
You will provide technical and organisational leadership to the Civil & Structural team based in Haarlem. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor project progress, and ensure the technical quality of our deliverables remains consistently high. You will encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing while maintaining an overview of team members’ availability and workload. In addition, you will take responsibility for the technical management of projects, focusing not only on quality but also on safety and successful outcomes. You will be involved in exciting projects for leading clients across sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
Your work will cover a broad range of industrial projects: from steel structures for process buildings and foundations for heavy installations to architectural designs for technical spaces within cleanrooms and factories. You will also prepare proposals and engage in business development activities for new mono-disciplinary projects.
You will join the Civil & Structural team at our Haarlem office and report directly to the Department Manager. You will manage a team of approximately 5 to 10 professionals, including lead engineers, structural engineers, and junior designers.
