We draw on our colleagues’ knowledge and in-house expertise across all disciplines and markets – offshore, industry and maritime, infrastructure, construction and water. We share our ideas, challenge each other with critical questions, and achieve results. Together, we achieve the utmost.

We solve it, we deliver the best solution. For the project. For the client. For Iv. And indeed, for the world. We prefer short lines of communication and a pragmatic approach. We won’t stop until it really works. Impossible missions do not exist on our radar. We create working solutions for the most complex of problems. And: our solutions deliver results. That result is what counts for us.

As an Iv employee, your say in your own development and that of the company is important, so we always invite you to share your opinion about our strategy, course and decision making, for example, during live broadcasts or over lunch with the management. And, of course, we have a committed and active Works Council to represent you. Your voice matters and is heard.

Our New Year’s gathering for the whole family at the Efteling theme park is a wonderful tradition, and our Office Open Day is a great way to show your loved ones how fun and diverse our company is. These are just two examples. Iv organises many events throughout the year for you, your partner and your children. When we have something to celebrate, we take it to the max. Our 75th Anniversary Party at the Beurs van Berlage is the latest highlight among the dozens of parties and events we have celebrated together. Missed it? Don’t worry; there’s always an ‘exciting’ event in the pipeline!

Sometime in the spring of 1988, a handful of Iv employees decided to travel together to the European Football Championship in West Germany. It turned out to be an unforgettable adventure. And when we enjoy doing something, we want to do it again. And again. And indeed, again. Since 1988, Iv has hardly missed a European Championship or World Cup. We watched the sunset with hundreds of colleagues at the Copa Cabana (2014) in Rio and barbecued in the Kruger National Park in South Africa (2010). We flew to the USA in 1994, and even when the Dutch national team was not playing, we were there. In short, we have developed a strong football tradition that is not just about the destination, the stadium. The journey there is just as memorable!
