The demand for sustainable mobility is growing and is expected to continue in the coming years. At the same time, passengers are placing ever higher demands on public transport, and legislation and regulations are becoming increasingly stringent. To achieve a future-proof rail infrastructure with platforms that are accessible to all, we are working hard to build and maintain new and existing railways, stations and civil engineering works. Iv works with rail managers and contractors to help create a safer, more reliable, sustainable, and more accessible rail network. We focus on four pillars: track construction & track works, stations, railway structures and environmental works.

Iv provides a complete package of services for the construction, management, and maintenance of tracks and stations. For example, we prepare designs for platform renovations, (circular) upper building renovations, and civil engineering works, as well as the provision of project management and environmental management. We also conduct (standard) inspections and measurements and help clients improve data quality to gain insight into the condition of assets so that maintenance can be planned more effectively, disruption can be reduced, and maintenance budgets can be better controlled. With expertise in all relevant disciplines, we advise from the initial inspection phase to design, specification and implementation. By providing sustainable and smart solutions, we contribute to realising a reliable and future-proof rail network and accessible stations that all travellers can use safely and independently.
