We at Iv attach great importance to integrity, transparency and ethical conduct. It is important to us that both our employees and external parties, such as suppliers, clients or other stakeholders, can feel comfortable reporting possible wrongdoing or unethical behaviour.

Wrongdoing or misconduct may include, but is not limited to:

  • a breach of European Union law, or the likelihood thereof;
  • a breach of a law or (internal) rule, or the likelihood thereof;
  • a danger to public health;
  • a danger to the safety of persons;
  • a danger to the environment;
  • a danger to the proper functioning of a public service or enterprise.

How to report wrongdoing or misconduct

If you suspect wrongdoing or misconduct within our organisation, you can confidentially report it through our Whistleblowing Policy to our external confidential advisor. Your report will always be taken seriously and carefully investigated.

You can send an email to [email protected] or contact us by telephone on +31 6 2164 1115.

Your privacy and safeguarding

We treat all reports in the strictest confidence. If you wish to remain anonymous, we will fully respect that and will not seek to identify you unless required to do so by law. Submitting a report will not result in any negative consequences for you as a reporter.

What happens after you submit a report?

After we receive your report:

  • you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your report (unless you report anonymously);
  • we will initiate a thorough and independent investigation;
  • you will be informed, if possible, of the progress and outcomes of the investigation.
