New office building ’33 Central’ in London

Situated in the heart of London, 33 Central is an impressive new office building of over 20,000 m². With stunning views over the River Thames and central London, the building is a striking addition to the London skyline. The design of 33 Central combines appearance with elegance, optimising internal space and creating a sense of spaciousness with the double-height entrance.

The challenge for Iv as a subcontractor was to provide the design of the steel connections and workshop drawings. This required meticulous attention to detail and technical precision, given the prestigious location and high standards imposed on buildings in London’s banking district.

Following completion, 33 Central serves as a luxury office building and is a leading example of modern office architecture in London.
