As Lead Engineer Instrumentation at Iv, you ensure that complex offshore installations have a flawless understanding of what is going on. Thanks to the Instrumentation department, sensors, signals and systems respond reliably, even under extreme conditions. Whether it concerns an offshore wind platform such as Sofia HVDC or an innovative hydrogen solution such as PosHYdon.
You contribute ideas to the design, assess technical documents and supervise the quotation process. You work closely with other disciplines, coordinate with suppliers and consult with the customer. Quality and safety are paramount. You evaluate the work and look for ways to improve it – time and time again. You take responsibility for your work and for your team.
As a lead engineer, you will lead the instrumentation discipline within projects in the offshore and energy market. You will coach colleagues, maintain an overview and act quickly when the situation requires it. You will work in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, be familiar with the requirements of classification societies and know when to take action. Practical, clear and always focused on content.
At Iv, you work with people who love technology as much as you do. No long lines or complicated hassle – just good work. We tackle large projects with a down-to-earth mentality and high standards. We challenge you to keep learning, so always evaluate the work done for a project so that you can learn and improve for future projects.
