Iv expands to Poland

The Polish engineering services provider Electro Croon Polska (ECP) will continue under the name Iv Poland. Dutch Engineering company Iv is taking over the company, which has three branches in Poland, from Croonwolter&dros B.V. as of 1 October. The team of specialists in Poland will remain in place, and the existing services will continue.

Since 1993, Electro Croon Polska (now Iv) has provided technical solutions for complex industrial, infrastructure, construction and maritime projects. The company has also been involved in many projects in Poland and in the Netherlands. It has more than 50 employees, which includes mechanical and electrical engineers and experienced project managers. With this acquisition, Iv expands its presence to Poland with offices in Warsaw, Krakow and Gdynia.

Eugéne de Roodt, Statutory Director of Croonwolter&dros: “We are delighted to have found a Dutch strategic buyer for our Polish company. This acquisition will enable the Polish management to develop the company further in the engineering sector. For the future, the collaboration with Iv remains of strategic value for Croonwolter&dros.”

The acquisition of the company represents a valuable addition to the expertise and experience already available within Iv. It will enable us to fully utilise each other’s knowledge, skills and network to achieve the utmost in the world of technology.

"We are delighted to have been able to take this step. With ECP, we have added an experienced organisation to our group that will enable us to realise our ambitions in the energy transition better. Together, we can deliver on the opportunities that lie before us."
