We are Iv. And we love technical challenges. We realise projects that others sometimes consider impossible. Whether it concerns offshore wind platforms, the world’s largest locks or advanced container cranes and submarines: when things get challenging, that’s when it really starts. Our contribution is unique and visible. We call this: engineering that excites.
Delivering real results – that’s what counts. We are solution-oriented, pragmatic and down-to-earth. We combine our high-quality technical knowledge with a healthy dose of Rotterdam mentality: roll up your sleeves and get to work. No endless reports when one good A4 page will do. That’s how we solve the most complex challenges and achieve results.
And your role in this story? We will define that together. With us, you will be given the flexibility you need. We do not believe in standard roles: your ambition and talent are the starting point. We match what you want to learn, achieve or contribute with the opportunities available in the market. You are in control – we provide the playing field. This way, you become the CEO of your own carreer.
This is what Iv stands for. You find yourself in the middle of projects that are bigger than yourself. We work on the biggest and most challenging technical projects, that not even the smartest engineers can simply just solve. The fun part is figuring out the right solution, that’s what gets us excited.
